Personal matters should not interfere with company's business operations. If a Conflict of Interest situation arises, the person involved must disclose it to his manager or officer-in-charge in order to facilitate and resolve the situation in a fair manner.

Health, Safety and Welfare of our Employees are very important to Transpacific Broadband Group, Inc. Any accident or incident must be reported immediately to supervisor or officer-in-charge. We give our employees access to our partner clinic to address their individual needs. In-house training is also given to them to further hone their skills and talents.
